Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Recruiter in Netherlands.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-growing, remote-first technology environment. You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent across multiple business functions, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations. This position combines strategic sourcing, candidate experience, employer branding, and stakeholder management, offering the opportunity to directly influence organizational growth and culture. Working in a highly autonomous and asynchronous environment, you will be empowered to make decisions, improve hiring processes, and shape recruitment strategies with minimal bureaucracy. The role is ideal for someone who sees recruitment as both a craft and a business function — balancing relationship-building, structured evaluation, and commercial awareness to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, from intake and role calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and hiring completion.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and establish clear evaluation criteria for each role.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through inbound applications, outbound sourcing, market mapping, and networking strategies.
- Conduct CV reviews, screening interviews, and candidate assessments using structured evaluation frameworks to maintain a high hiring quality standard.
- Coordinate and manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver regular hiring updates, pipeline insights, and recruitment recommendations to leadership and hiring teams.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives by improving candidate-facing content, job advertisements, career pages, and recruitment communications.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external talent communities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring workflows.
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
- Proven experience hiring across technical and non-technical functions, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and related business roles.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities with a focus on quality-driven hiring.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments while managing ambiguity and competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations, pipeline management, reporting, and hiring metrics.
- Commercial awareness and curiosity about business needs, organizational growth, and team dynamics.
- Experience balancing recruitment, employer branding, project management, and candidate experience responsibilities.
- Relationship-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management and networking abilities.
- Europe-based with fluent or near-native English communication skills (C1+ preferred).
- Fully remote and asynchronous work environment with high flexibility and autonomy.
- Opportunity to work directly with leadership and have a measurable impact on company growth.
- Collaborative, fast-moving, and low-bureaucracy startup culture.
- High ownership role with strong influence over recruitment strategy and employer branding.
- Exposure to international hiring and diverse talent markets across Europe.
- Opportunity to shape hiring processes and contribute to long-term organizational success.
- Dynamic and supportive environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work-life balance supported by flexible scheduling and remote-first collaboration practices.
