This role offers a unique opportunity to lead modern analytics initiatives that combine technical excellence with strategic client collaboration. As an Analytics Architect, you will design and implement scalable data and BI solutions that empower organizations to make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll work across cloud data platforms, semantic layers, AI-ready infrastructures, and self-service analytics ecosystems while partnering closely with clients and internal teams. The position blends consulting, solution architecture, mentorship, and innovation, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments. You’ll help shape enterprise analytics strategies, guide delivery teams, and influence how businesses leverage data at scale. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge analytics and AI initiatives while accelerating your professional growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead enterprise analytics engagements from discovery and solution design through implementation, documentation, and client enablement.
  • Architect scalable semantic layers, governed metric frameworks, reusable data models, and self-service reporting solutions.
  • Design and deliver modern analytics applications, including advanced BI workflows, input-driven dashboards, and governed analytics products.
  • Build AI-ready data infrastructures by implementing metadata layers, governance frameworks, and context pipelines that support scalable AI adoption.
  • Integrate cloud data warehouses, semantic layers, BI tools, and operational systems into cohesive and maintainable analytics ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, technical strategy discussions, and solution recommendations.
  • Define and promote analytics engineering best practices, including CI/CD processes, data governance standards, testing frameworks, and modeling conventions.
  • Mentor consultants and technical teams through project leadership, coaching, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal innovation by developing reusable frameworks, accelerators, and scalable analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced analytics with hands-on project ownership.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and dbt, including data modeling, testing, documentation, and semantic layer integration.
  • Proficiency with Python for analytics tooling, transformation logic, or pipeline development.
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Strong understanding of BI and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.
  • Familiarity with modern software development workflows, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and collaborative engineering practices.
  • Proven experience leading complex, client-facing analytics projects with multiple stakeholders and evolving business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to bridge technical solutions and business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments while bringing structure and clarity to projects.
  • Experience with Sigma, semantic modeling, orchestration tools, AI/LLM integration patterns, or cloud-native data applications is considered an asset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible remote work opportunities with consideration for candidates across Canada.
  • Exposure to innovative analytics, cloud data, and AI-focused consulting projects.
  • Opportunity to work with modern technologies and enterprise-scale data platforms.
  • Collaborative and people-first company culture focused on innovation, creativity, and professional development.
  • Career growth opportunities through mentorship, leadership exposure, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Supportive team environment that values unique perspectives, continuous learning, and impactful work.
