Job Description

About Lastwall

We are a cybersecurity company with offices in the United States and Canada, specializing in the development and delivery of highly secure, identity-centric, and quantum-resilient cybersecurity solutions. We aim to build innovative, security-first technologies designed for compliance-driven and threat-intensive environments such as those found in defense, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Our solutions are engineered with a security-first approach, leveraging cutting-edge advancements in identity and digital defense to outpace threat actors and protect sensitive systems from evolving cyber threats. By focusing on inhibiting the efficacy of adversaries and exponentially bolstering client security, we provide essential tools to safeguard operations in some of the most mission-critical industries.

If you’re a US or Canadian Citizen who is passionate about working at the forefront of cybersecurity technology in environments that demand unparalleled security and reliability, we’d love to have you join our team!

The Opportunity

Lastwall is a Canadian cybersecurity company focused on identity and mission-critical operations across defense, government, and critical infrastructure.

Trusted by the U.S. Department of Defense and the Government of Canada, Lastwall has spent nearly a decade securing sensitive government environments. With FedRAMP® Moderate Authorization, proven traction in the U.S. federal market, and growing demand for sovereign cybersecurity capability, we are entering a defining growth phase across Canada and the United States.

The Sales Operations Specialist will help turn that momentum into disciplined execution. This role will support our Canadian and U.S. Strategic Account Executives and U.S. by improving proposal quality, funnel visibility, CRM discipline, market analysis, event follow-up, and competitive intelligence.

This is a high-leverage operating role for someone who thrives on structure, detail, evidence, and execution. Sales will move quickly; your job is to help the team move quickly and with precision.

Headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and with offices in Vancouver and Honolulu, Lastwall is positioned to help strengthen North American cyber resilience.

The Role

Proposal & RFP Support
  • Support the creation, coordination, and follow-up of proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, security questionnaires, and customer-facing sales materials. Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and leadership to keep submissions accurate, complete, on time, and aligned to Lastwall’s positioning.
Funnel Reporting & Forecast Discipline
  • Build and maintain clear reporting on pipeline, stage progression, next steps, risks, close probability, and forecast confidence. Help sales leaders understand what is real, what is stuck, what needs action, and where support is required.
CRM Implementation & Sales Process
  • Help implement, improve, and maintain CRM workflows, data hygiene, dashboards, account records, opportunity stages, activity tracking, and reporting standards. The goal is simple: make CRM useful, trusted, and actionable.
Market, Results & Competitive Analysis
  • Track market signals, target account activity, campaign and event outcomes, win/loss patterns, competitor activity, and deal movement. Turn scattered information into insight that helps Lastwall prioritize accounts, sharpen messaging, and improve execution.
Event Planning & Follow-Up
  • Support GTM event planning, attendee targeting, meeting coordination, briefing materials, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. Ensure events produce measurable commercial outcomes, not just visibility.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, proposal management, business development support, or GTM operations, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, government technology, defense, or critical infrastructure.
  • Strong proposal and RFP coordination skills. You can manage inputs from multiple stakeholders, maintain version control, track deadlines, and produce polished, accurate submissions.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and sales reporting. You understand pipeline stages, activity tracking, dashboards, forecasting, and the importance of clean data.
  • Analytical operating style. You use evidence, not anecdotes, to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Ability to support complex sales cycles. You understand that government, defense, and infrastructure deals involve multiple stakeholders, long timelines, procurement steps, and careful follow-through.
  • High attention to detail and follow-up. You keep the team organized, deadlines visible, and next actions clear.
  • Strong written communication. You can help turn technical, commercial, and compliance input into clear customer-facing language.
  • Bilingualism is an asset. French capability is valuable given the Canadian government and critical infrastructure focus.
Compensation & Why Lastwall
  • Lastwall offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, participation in equity programs and company benefits. Final compensation will reflect experience, location, and fit with the mandate.
  • This is an opportunity to join after the product, customers, and proof points are real, but before the next stage of scale is fully built. Lastwall has strong market timing, credible government traction, and a clear role to play as Canada and allied markets focus on defense readiness, sovereign capability, and cyber resilience.
  • For the right operator, this is a chance to sit close to the revenue engine of a serious Canadian cybersecurity company and help build the systems that make growth repeatable.
