Affirmed Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate private duty cases in Monroe Township and surrounding Middlesex County communities. This position offers consistent one-on-one care assignments, stable weekly hours, and flexible scheduling options.

We offer 8–12 hour shifts, including day, evening, and overnight options depending on case availability. Both full-time and part-time assignments are available.

• Long-term private duty client assignments

• Multiple case locations across Monroe Township, Jamesburg, East Windsor, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Plainsboro, and Princeton areas to help reduce travel time

• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Consistent 1:1 client assignments
• Flexible scheduling options
• Sign-on and referral bonuses (where applicable)
• Dedicated support throughout onboarding and placement

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and medication reminders (as permitted by care plan)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being
• Assist with client transportation when required as part of the care plan (using the client’s vehicle)

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• 1 year of experience preferred (newly certified HHAs encouraged to apply)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to assist with client transportation as part of the care plan
• Current physical examination
• TB test (PPD/QuantiFERON) or chest X-ray as required
