We currently have active cases throughout Fairfield County, CT with day and overnight 12-hour shifts available. This is a great opportunity for Connecticut and New York HHAs looking to expand their opportunities and work cases across both Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.
About the Opportunity:As a per diem Home Health Aide, you’ll provide high-quality in-home support while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities may include:- Personal care assistance
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Companionship and meaningful engagement
- Starting at $20.00/hour + sign-on bonus
- Weekly direct deposit
- Referral bonuses available
- Fast onboarding and rapid case placement
- Flexible scheduling that works around your availability
- Minimum 1 year CNA/HHA experience
- Valid CT CNA License/HHA Certificate or NY CNA License/HHA Certification
- Willingness to travel within Fairfield County, CT and surrounding Westchester County areas as needed
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical within past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR Vaccines
- Valid driver’s license
