We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team!

No prior experience is required! We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you succeed.

As a Cleaning Technician, you'll perform a variety of residential and commercial cleaning services while gaining exposure to additional service lines, including water damage restoration and emergency response.

• Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.

• Assist with air duct cleaning and HVAC system cleaning (training provided).

• Perform minor carpet repairs and carpet stretching.

• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain professional cleaning equipment.

• Conduct pre-service inspections and assess customer cleaning needs.

• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and communicate professionally with customers.

• Maintain clean, organized company vehicles, equipment, and work areas.

• Follow company safety procedures, operational standards, and industry best practices.

• Assist with additional cleaning and restoration services as needed.

During periods of increased restoration activity, Cleaning Technicians may assist our restoration team. This provides valuable hands-on experience, the opportunity to develop additional technical skills, and potential pathways for career advancement.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No previous cleaning or restoration experience required. We will train the right candidate!

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.

• $20.00 per hour starting wage
