We are looking for a motivated licensed Plumber to join our team. This position is designed for skilled technicians who are eager to specialize in installing and replacing water heaters and water treatment systems. You’ll work directly with residential clients as the trusted expert for tankless units, reverse osmosis setups, and filtration systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and top-notch installations that meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install and replace tank and tankless water heatersSet up water treatment systems (softeners, filters, RO units)Conduct pre-install inspections to ensure proper system fit and code complianceConnect plumbing, electrical, and gas components as neededTest system performance and educate customers on operationMaintain clean, organized workspaces and properly functioning toolsFollow all codes, safety standards, and company protocolsQualifications

Valid WA State Plumbing License PL01 or PL02 (ID License is a plus)Gas Mechanic 1 EndorsementProven experience with water heaters and treatment systemsKnowledge of plumbing systems and water filtrationStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independentlyClean driving recordPhysically capable of lifting, bending, and working in confined spacesCommitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and teamworkComfortable working evenings or weekends as neededAdditional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
