• Prepare and present pastry items for buffet, banquet, and restaurant use.
• Set up, run, and break down lunch and dinner plating stations.
• Ensure the highest quality and consistency in all baked goods.
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of pastry items to ensure freshness.

• Must be enrolled in a culinary/pastry school program requiring an internship/externship for graduation.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation is a must.
