This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to operate in a fast-paced B2B environment within the automotive aftermarket industry. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing strong client relationships, and driving commercial growth across your assigned territory. Working remotely with field activities, you will combine prospecting, account management, and consultative selling to deliver tailored solutions to customers. The position also involves training clients, supporting product adoption, and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance through data insights. It is ideal for someone who is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working with autonomy while managing a regional portfolio. Your impact will be directly reflected in customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Prospect and develop new B2B customers, expanding market coverage and strengthening the commercial pipeline in the assigned region.
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring consistent sales performance and long-term relationship building.
- Conduct product and system training sessions for clients, supporting proper usage and adoption of solutions.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and market penetration.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics, preparing reports and insights to support client and internal decision-making.
- Identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain active communication with clients, ensuring responsiveness and a high level of service quality.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial or field sales environments.
- Strong ability to work with digital tools and sales technologies, including CRM systems.
- Availability for travel and active field work within the assigned region.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and performance indicators.
- Experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Power BI is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics is considered an advantage.
