What You'll Expect
As the Gaming Training Manager, you'll lead and manage training programs for Table Games and related operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with gaming regulations. Support daily casino operations while developing and guiding team members.
What You'll Do
- Create, implement, and maintain training and certification programs for Table Games
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and SOPs
- Coach, train, and evaluate Table Games team members and leaders
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Table Games operations and procedures
- Support daily casino operations and address guest and player concerns
- Collaborate with HR, Surveillance, Marketing, and Gaming leadership
- Identify operational improvements and enhance player experience
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of casino Table Games management or related experience
- Strong knowledge of Table Games rules, procedures, and regulations
- Proven leadership, training, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and gaming management systems
What We'll Require
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
- High school diploma or equivalent
