- Stay current on OSHA regulations and work with each branch to ensure all active employees maintain up-to-date training, including forklift and HazMat certifications.
- Performance Management:
- Track and report on regional KPIs (e.g., On-Time Delivery, Order Accuracy, Route Stop Completion Rates, and Freight/Delivery Costs) to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, interview, and train team members across buildings with assistance from HR.
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff while facilitating "Innovative Activity of the Month" events and attending CARE and Branch Connection meetings.
- Coordinate uniform purchases
- Manage employee relations, including PTO, timecards, staffing needs, and performance reviews.
- Process Improvement
- Identify and execute process enhancements to reduce costs, improve safety, and increase throughput within your facilities.
- Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional Sales and Customer Care teams to resolve localized fulfillment or delivery escalations.
- Culture & Communication:
- Demonstrate core values and the Brand Promise daily.
- Maintain open communication with the Director of Supply Operations regarding quarterly goals, employee insights, and operational risks.
