The Location: Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team.

The Pay: $25/hr - $28/hr./ Compensation and level is based on experience, education, and skills directly related to the role.

The Schedule: Monday-Friday, normal business hours.

The Role: The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales process by coordinating customer communications, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless collaboration between customers and internal departments. This position helps drive customer satisfaction while supporting overall sales growth and operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and sales support requests.

Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation within company systems.

Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales-related materials.

Partner with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales representatives.

Assist with reporting, tracking sales activities, and maintaining data accuracy.

Support contract administration and document management processes.

Help coordinate meetings, customer visits, and other sales initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed.

Experience Requirements:

Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or an administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/ERP systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.

Experience working collaboratively across departments and supporting customers professionally.
