Job Description

Product Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager based in United States.

The Product Marketing Manager will shape how complex offensive security services are positioned, understood, and communicated to the right audiences. You will translate technical capabilities and cybersecurity expertise into compelling messaging, sales content, customer proof points, and go-to-market narratives. Working closely with executive leadership, sales, offerings management, marketing teams, and technical subject matter experts, you will help differentiate services in a competitive cybersecurity market. The role combines strategic positioning with hands-on content development, requiring strong curiosity and the ability to challenge assumptions and turn emerging ideas into polished materials. You will also support launches, sales enablement, and evolving areas such as AI and security. This is an opportunity to influence how innovative security solutions are brought to market and understood by technical and executive buyers.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value, differentiation, and customer impact of offensive security services.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic ideas and business priorities into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Help develop go-to-market plays aligned with customer use cases, buyer personas, and market segments.
  • Support new offering launches and ongoing communications around evolving services and emerging areas such as AI security.
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand buyer needs, objections, personas, and content requirements across target audiences.
  • Transform complex technical concepts into polished customer-facing collateral, presentations, solution briefs, and interactive content.
  • Support sales and partner enablement initiatives by providing teams with effective positioning, messaging, and sales materials.
  • Manage content projects from initial concept through stakeholder review, feedback, design, and final delivery.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback on content performance to continuously improve messaging and marketing materials.
  • Build sufficient knowledge of security offerings to ask informed questions, challenge assumptions, and identify the most relevant customer story.
  • Independently drive projects from initial ideas through completion while coordinating effectively across senior leadership, marketing, sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, content marketing, or a related role within cybersecurity, technology, or a comparable industry.
  • Proven experience working directly with executives and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success creating impactful customer-facing and sales enablement content, including presentations, solution briefs, and interactive materials.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn technical complexity into clear, persuasive, audience-focused messaging.
  • Strong ability to build alignment across senior leadership, marketing, offerings management, sales, channel teams, and technical subject matter experts.
  • Strong learning agility and curiosity, with the ability to work from high-level direction and structure ideas that are still evolving.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with an adaptable approach suited to a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLMs, application security, offensive security, or other emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in management consulting or as a Chief of Staff is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite at the San Francisco office at least two days per week.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical subject matter deeply enough to challenge assumptions and communicate it accurately without unnecessary complexity.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive employee benefits program designed to provide competitive and affordable coverage.
  • Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Opportunity to work alongside cybersecurity, technology, and marketing experts on complex security challenges.
  • Exposure to emerging areas including AI security, offensive security, and application security.
  • San Francisco-based hybrid work environment with at least two days onsite per week.
  • Equal opportunity employment environment.
  • Background check required as a condition of employment.
