DEVELOPER SPECIALIST

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Developer Specialist based in Brazil.

This role is focused on building, evolving, and maintaining robust software solutions in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
You will contribute to the design and development of scalable systems that support critical business and educational platforms.
The position involves close collaboration with users and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
You will work with modern cloud and backend technologies, ensuring performance, reliability, and service quality.
The environment is agile, collaborative, and oriented toward continuous improvement and DevOps practices.

Accountabilities:
  • Participate in software development activities, including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems.
  • Analyze requirements, define functionalities, and ensure proper system design aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency of deployed solutions.
  • Maintain communication with users to identify needs and translate them into technical enhancements.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and service quality agreements with stakeholders and clients.
  • Work with cloud architecture (Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Manage and optimize databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis) and queries.
  • Apply Git and Gitflow for version control in collaborative development environments.
  • Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript, Vue.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
  • Work within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and DevOps practices.
  • Contribute to microservices-based architecture and RESTful API integrations.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Node.js, and NestJS.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis databases.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with cloud services (Service Bus, Azure).
  • Proficiency in Git and Gitflow workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and DevOps culture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
