Overview

Provide general operational and administrative support across various business functions. This temporary role is intended for short-term assignments that may support different departments and projects based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support for departmental operations and assigned projects
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, tracking, and record maintenance
  • Support internal processes, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized files, records, and related materials
  • Assist with system updates, spreadsheets, and general coordination activities
  • Collaborate with team members to help support operational efficiency
  • Perform other support duties and special projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous administrative, operational, coordination, or support experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and assignments
  • Reliable, professional, and self-motivated approach to work
