We're looking for detail-oriented Avionics Technicians who are passionate about electronics, diagnostics, and hands-on repairs. If you enjoy working with complex systems and want to be part of a high-performing team in the aerospace industry, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Test, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems and aerospace components.
- Use diagnostic tools (like multimeters) to identify and resolve electronic issues
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform hands-on repairs—including soldering and component rebuilds
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards
- Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection work
- Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to continuous improvement
- Lift and maneuver equipment as needed (some physical work involved)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Avionics Technician or in a related electronics repair field
- Comfort with soldering and using electrical testing tools
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, symbols, and production illustrations
- Must have knowledge and experience using multi meter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Able to handle physically demanding tasks and occasional heavy lifting
Preferred but Not Required
- Previous experience in aerospace MRO or aviation manufacturing
- FAA certifications or training in avionics repair
