This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data strategy, product innovation, and provider ecosystem transformation, focusing on advancing large-scale Provider Data solutions that power critical industry workflows. You will shape strategic direction across product portfolios, identifying high-impact opportunities that improve how provider organizations manage data, credentialing, and operational processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, advisory groups, and external stakeholders, you will define solution concepts, validate market needs, and build compelling business cases that guide investment decisions. The role blends deep market analysis with hands-on strategic design, including user journey definition, persona development, and end-to-end solution framing. You will also play a key role in aligning internal teams around product vision while ensuring strong provider market relevance and adoption. This is a highly collaborative, insight-driven position operating in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment where strategy directly influences product direction and growth.
This role is responsible for defining and driving provider-focused product strategy across a portfolio of healthcare data solutions. You will lead discovery, market analysis, and strategic planning efforts that translate complex provider needs into scalable product opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end product strategy for Provider Data solutions, identifying opportunities aligned with organizational and market priorities
- Conduct market analysis, customer discovery, and competitive intelligence to define high-value product opportunities
- Develop business cases, including ROI modeling and growth assessments, to support strategic investment decisions
- Define user personas, workflows, and end-to-end solution journeys to guide product direction and design
- Validate concepts through advisory groups, proof-of-concept initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with provider organizations and industry stakeholders to inform strategy and ensure market alignment
- Own strategic roadmap planning, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and product execution teams
- Support go-to-market and commercialization strategies in collaboration with Marketing and cross-functional partners
This role requires strong healthcare domain expertise combined with deep product strategy experience and the ability to operate in complex, data-driven environments. The ideal candidate is both analytically rigorous and highly collaborative, with the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
- 8–12 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or healthcare technology roles
- Strong expertise in provider organization workflows, including credentialing, data management, and administrative processes
- Proven experience in market analysis, portfolio-level thinking, and business case development
- Ability to translate complex market and data insights into clear strategic recommendations
- Strong financial acumen, including ROI modeling and investment prioritization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience engaging customers, advisory groups, and industry stakeholders to validate strategy
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (healthcare administration, public health, or related field a plus)
