Youth Program Manager (K–8 Programs)

Location: On-site (Atlanta, GA)

Salary; $50,000 – 65,000 with competitive benefits

Agape Youth & Family Center is seeking a dynamic Youth Program Manager to lead engaging afterschool and summer programs for K–8 students. This role oversees daily operations, supervises staff, and designs enriching activities that support academic success, social-emotional growth, and student well-being.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can manage teams, build relationships with students and families, and ensure a safe, structured, and fun program environment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and community partners to deliver high-quality, mission-driven programming year-round.

• Lead day-to-day program operations and supervise staff
• Plan and implement educational and recreational activities
• Build a positive, engaging culture for students and families
• Manage schedules, partnerships, logistics, and safety protocols

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2+ years of experience working with K–12 youth
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency with basic technology (MS Office, databases, etc.)
• Commitment to Agape’s mission and youth-centered approach
• Experience in youth development, afterschool, or out-of-school programming preferred
• Prior supervision or team leadership experience preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus
