This is a high-impact executive opportunity to lead enterprise-wide FP&A across a complex, global organization.
You will serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CFO, CEO, executive leadership, and key business stakeholders.
The role combines strategic planning, forecasting, performance management, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
You will help create a unified view of financial and operational performance to guide growth, investment, and risk decisions.
A major focus will be modernizing FP&A through analytics, automation, technology, and responsible use of AI.
You will also lead a global finance team while strengthening governance, transparency, and business partnership capabilities.

- Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial analysis, performance management, and executive reporting activities, ensuring consistent and accurate financial visibility across regions and functions.
- Partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to provide strategic financial insight, evaluate growth opportunities and investments, identify risks, and support long-term value creation.
- Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, develop scenario models and forecasts, and improve planning accuracy and transparency across the organization.
- Drive the adoption of AI, analytics, automation, and modern reporting technologies across FP&A to enhance decision quality, productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, reporting standards, and accountability while supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement reporting tools and processes that promote a data-driven culture and enable evidence-based business decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives, partnering with technology and automation teams to optimize processes and reporting capabilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global finance organization spanning planning, forecasting, financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and related finance activities.
- Position FP&A as a strategic business partner by building strong relationships across functions, regions, and senior leadership levels.
- Support enterprise strategy development, business planning, and major organizational initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with extensive experience leading FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, and business performance functions in large and complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success supporting enterprise-level strategy, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory environments, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders through clear, commercially focused financial insight.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, performance measurement, management reporting, and translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience leading finance transformation, analytics modernization, process optimization, automation, or AI-enabled planning initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and reporting requirements within sophisticated organizations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive change with a high degree of independence.
- A professional finance or accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with AI and emerging technologies applied to financial planning, reporting, analytics, or decision support is preferred.
- Experience working in a global matrix structure and partnering across technology, operations, commercial, and corporate functions is advantageous.
- Competitive U.S. base salary ranging from $180,000 to $334,500, with geographic differentials applying in certain locations.
