We are looking for individuals to join our team who are Behavior Technicians OR Registered Behavior Technicians for the Wilmington and Lexington, MA area.

Our team is committed to bridging the gap of care to enhance individuals' independence, maximize their capabilities, and provide meaningful community inclusion by assisting and supporting their choices with regard to housing, socialization, learning, employment opportunities and recreational activities.
We are a small non-profit organization that works in the homes and out community with people who have varying disabilities. We take "impossible" and turn it to "possible". We do everything from teaching individuals how to get a job, and taking individuals out on adventures, to providing much needed respite care and mentorship. Our individuals are between the ages of 3 years old-65 years old.
Our ideal candidate:
A passionate, motivated, self- initiating team member to help us with our mission of providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Pay is based on education and experience. RBT certification is a plus, but not required. We have many opportunities to progress within the company for upcoming years if that is something the candidate desires. Also ability to provide supervision hours to RBTs or school internships.
Specific schedule needs are for the Wilmington and Lexington, MA areas. Full-time schedule will be Tuesday thru Saturday, 10am-6pm OR 11am-7pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.
Responsibilities include:
+Follow behavior programming and skill building of ADL's and IADL's
+In home direct care for an individual with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
+Community based skill building.
+Providing respite care to the guardians of the individual.
+Maintain a professional relationship with the family and maintain positive rapport with the individual.
+Driving clients to and from, as needed.
+Utilize Central Reach for tracking.
+Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Car and valid driver's license is a MUST. (You will be taking individuals into the community in personal vehicles; mileage reimbursement provided). A clean driving record is REQUIRED. Ability to pass a CORI and other background checks. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to helping others. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time. Must be able to be on feet and on-the-go for hours at a time, including accompanying clients for walks, slight swim/wadding pool, gym sessions, music, shopping, and other activities. Must be comfortable driving clients to and from places, as needed.
