Position Summary:
The Project Manager of Store Planning and Construction is responsible for the planning and construction of Ferragamo stores in North America, including, but not limited to, Flagships, Outlet, Wholesale and Shop-in-Shop.
The Project Manager works closely with corporate HQ in Italy and regional teams to ensure the correct development of all project aspects, with direct control and responsibility of Schedules, Budgets, Cost Reporting, Procurement, Logistic and Management of field construction throughout the entire process until the store handover. The role is also responsible to establish “best practices” to achieve the highest design quality, while working within approved budgets and prescribed schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities involved with the renovation or creation of new stores, full price, outlet and wholesale. Oversee technical work, time, cost & quality control from inception to completion.
Qualifications
- Understanding of key lease documents and Landlord Work Letter exhibits.Knowledge of LEED processes and certifications.Ability to travel 25% - 50% of time, both domestic and international.
- Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize changing deadlines.
