We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager for projects in the Long Island area with experience overseeing sophisticated Academic Research projects where the construction budget exceeds $50 million. Responsibilities
Serve as Point of Contact to Client and ConsultantsLead the project team as the Client’s On-site Representative for all project mattersProvide regular evaluation of project schedule and budget, identifying any deviations from plan and offering proposed solutions needed to meet project goalsProvide QA/QC oversight for internal project team
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of successful construction project management experience with emphasis on major higher education buidling projectsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and educationRecognized ability to lead and motivate both internal and project teams Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executivesDemonstrated project success in meeting project budgets and schedules We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.
