Job Description
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Nutritional Service Worker to join our Nutritional Services Department in El Dorado Springs, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Hours: 4:00p.m -7:00p.m
What Your Day Looks Like: Community Springs Healthcare Facility (CSHCF) is a 105-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility providing transitional or long-term care. A 15-bed high-functioning memory care unit provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory issues.
As a Nutritional Service Worker you will be:

Keeping your workspace clean and clutter free
-
Using the dishwasher effectively, communicating with the residents, communicating effectively with meal service, assisting with prep of salad bar and desserts

Serving the residents at mealtimes
-
Stocking food shipments as they arrive at the facility

Practicing proper sanitation skills
As a Cook you will be:

Updating the menu board in break room and dining room
-
Following the menus and recipes, practicing appropriate food temperatures, and working with two nutritional aides.

Communicating with coworkers and other departments/ resident family members
-
Preparing and passing drinks and meals in the dining room.

Greeting and serving customers in a positive manner
-
Restocking the kitchen, dining room, pantry, and break room
Qualifications:
Education: N/A
Experience: Preferred, will train
Skills: Communication
Licensure/Certification: Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment
Cook Position Requirement: Food Handlers License, will assist in obtaining
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%
