- Organizing knowledge: Familiarity with grassroots organizing principles and distributed organizing models.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging toolkits, training materials, guidance documents, and program debriefs.
- Facilitation: Comfortable facilitating or supporting calls and discussions with grassroots hosts, coalition partners, and other stakeholders.
- Organization: Highly organized and able to manage several concurrent programs, deadlines, relationships, and priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Able to remain calm, responsive, and effective during rapid-response periods when priorities and timelines can change quickly.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Preferred: Experience supporting coalition or multi-organization campaigns, existing relationships within progressive organizing and mobilization networks, and previous experience working in distributed or remote organizing environments.
- Salary: $80,500 annually.
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
