As a UX Writer, you will combine writing expertise, conversational design, and data-driven insights to improve user journeys.
You will be responsible for creating and optimizing experiences across channels such as WhatsApp and chatbots, ensuring they are efficient and customer-focused.
The position requires a strong understanding of user behavior, business processes, and experience measurement through data instrumentation.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform insights into solutions that increase satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.

As a UX Writer Pleno, you will play a key role in designing and improving conversational experiences, ensuring that customer journeys are intuitive, measurable, and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with product, technology, and experience teams to create effective communication flows and optimize digital interactions. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and optimizing customer journeys across automated communication channels, especially WhatsApp and chatbot experiences.
• Understanding business processes and translating them into clear, effective conversational flows.
• Creating and improving scripts, dialogue structures, personas, and conversational experiences.
• Defining and supporting data instrumentation strategies to ensure journey tracking, measurement, and experience analysis.
• Using customer insights and data to identify improvement opportunities and create more efficient experiences.
• Acting as a guardian of the user experience by ensuring consistency, usability, and quality across conversational touchpoints.
• Collaborating with agile teams, including Product Owners, engineers, and other stakeholders, to deliver user-centered solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in UX Writing, conversational design, and digital experience optimization, with the ability to combine creativity, research, and analytical thinking. You should be comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and using data to improve customer journeys. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Proven experience in UX Writing and Conversational Design (Conversational UX/CUX).
• Experience designing chatbots, voice response systems (URA), and WhatsApp customer journeys, including flows, scripts, and conversational personas.
• Strong knowledge of user journey mapping, service blueprints, and complex flow diagram creation.
• Experience defining tagging and instrumentation strategies to measure UX and business metrics.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic analysis for conversational channels.
• Familiarity with chatbot platforms and WhatsApp Business APIs.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research.
• Experience working in agile squads using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
