This is a high-impact, multimedia post-production role focused on transforming long-form conversations into compelling, high-performing video and audio content. You will play a key role in shaping how B2B ideas and insights are communicated across platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form social channels. The role combines storytelling, technical editing mastery, and performance-driven thinking to ensure every piece of content is both engaging and strategically effective. You will work across the full editing lifecycle, from raw footage to final distribution, collaborating closely with producers and content strategists. The environment is fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and audience impact. Your work will directly influence content reach, engagement, and brand visibility across multiple channels.
- Lead the end-to-end editing and post-production of long-form podcast and video content, ensuring high-quality audio-visual output suitable for multi-platform distribution.
- Identify and extract high-impact moments to create short-form content optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Apply advanced editing techniques including multi-cam editing, color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and professional audio mixing.
- Collaborate closely with producers, hosts, and marketing teams to influence storytelling, structure, and content direction.
- Manage editing workflows, file organization, and publishing pipelines using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
- Monitor content performance metrics and use data insights to refine editing styles, pacing, and distribution strategies.
- Ensure consistency in quality, branding, and messaging across all published media assets.
- 5+ years of professional experience in video and audio editing with a strong portfolio spanning long-form and short-form content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition, or equivalent post-production tools.
- Proven ability to create high-performing content across platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, ideally within B2B or thought leadership contexts.
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to transform complex or dense topics into clear, engaging narratives.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific content trends, hooks, pacing, and audience retention strategies.
- Experience using analytics to evaluate content performance and inform creative decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback in a fast-moving environment.
