We're seeking a Human Resources & Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys balancing administrative excellence with employee support and engagement.

As a key member of our HR team, you'll play an important role in payroll processing, benefits administration, employee recognition programs, HR operations, and employee support. You'll also help create positive workplace experiences through employee events and engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture.

What You'll Do

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments, changes, and employee questions
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees by responding to routine HR inquiries
• Provide administrative support for HR programs, processes, and documentation
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and appreciation initiatives
• Assist with planning and supporting employee events and workplace culture programs
• Provide backup front desk support, including answering calls and welcoming visitors
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed

What You'll Bring

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, benefits administration, or administrative support
• Experience processing payroll and working with HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• A positive, collaborative approach and passion for helping others
