This position is ideal for a construction professional who understands waterproofing systems, can manage multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout, and knows how to balance schedule, budget, quality, safety, subcontractors, and customer expectations.

If you have experience managing commercial waterproofing, building-envelope, restoration, roofing, or specialty construction projects, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Manage waterproofing projects from pre-construction and mobilization through completion and closeout.

  • Review project scope, contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, budgets, schedules, and Notices of Commencement.

  • Develop project plans and coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and jobsite requirements.

  • Monitor project costs, production, schedules, and overall profitability.

  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal field teams.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and scope changes.

  • Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

  • Ensure waterproofing installations meet manufacturer requirements, architectural specifications, approved submittals, and company quality standards.

  • Identify potential project issues early and develop solutions to keep work moving.

  • Track inspections and address issues identified by consultants, inspectors, owners, or local authorities.

  • Source and manage qualified subcontractors when required.

  • Work closely with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure proper manpower and production.

  • Prepare project updates and communicate schedule, cost, quality, and operational concerns to leadership.

  • Ensure jobsites operate in accordance with company safety requirements and OSHA standards.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of construction project management or field management experience; commercial waterproofing experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with waterproofing, building-envelope, roofing, concrete restoration, or specialty commercial construction.

  • Working knowledge of waterproofing systems and installation methods.

  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, details, contracts, and construction documents.

  • Strong understanding of project budgets, job costing, scheduling, change orders, and subcontractor management.

  • Ability to identify field conditions and troubleshoot waterproofing or water-intrusion issues.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and construction/project-management systems.

  • Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements.

  • Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely access active construction sites.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Waterproofing Experience We're Especially Interested In

Candidates with experience involving below-grade waterproofing, traffic coatings, deck coatings, joint sealants/caulking, expansion joints, air and vapor barriers, fluid-applied systems, sheet membranes, plaza decks, balconies, parking structures, concrete restoration, and other commercial building-envelope systems are strongly encouraged to apply.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects with a growing commercial construction organization. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships in the field, solve problems, manage projects financially, and consistently deliver quality work.
