State Farm Agent, located in Garner, NC, is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Life & Health Insurance Specialist. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Sell Medicare, Life and Health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
• Assist clients with claims and policy changes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Life and health insurance license required.
• Recent insurance sales/customer service experience required (State Farm highly preferred).
• Sales experience with emphasis on Life and Health insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance agency software.
