What You'll Do

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to hit production specs every time

Load raw materials and stay on top of machine performance throughout each run

Make tooling changes and adjustments on the fly to keep quality and efficiency locked in

Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers like second nature

Troubleshoot issues fast and communicate with your team before small problems become big ones

Keep up with routine preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and tour-ready — every single day

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of CNC experience: Starting at $22–$23/hr

3+ years of CNC experience (preferred): Up to $24–$26/hr

Strong mechanical aptitude — you diagnose first, guess later

Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings

Experience with precision measuring instruments is a big plus

High attention to detail and a real commitment to quality work

Solid basic math and measurement skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or CNC certification is a bonus

The Details

Location: Fond du Lac, WI (Morris Street)

Shift: 1st Shift \u007C 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay:

Minimal Experience 1-2 years:$22–$23 per hour

Experienced (Preferred) 3 + years:$24–$26 per hour

Overtime: Occasional, as needed based on customer demand
