Job Description

Senior Director of Revenue Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Operations based in United States.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on revenue operations leader to build and optimize the systems, processes, and analytics that drive predictable business growth.
This role will own the end-to-end revenue operating model, connecting marketing, sales, customer expansion, and business strategy through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will create scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, and establish the operational discipline needed to support a high-growth organization.
Working closely with executive leadership and go-to-market teams, you will transform complex data into actionable strategies that accelerate revenue performance.
This is a builder-focused opportunity for someone who thrives in environments with high ownership, evolving priorities, and opportunities to create lasting impact.
You will play a key role in shaping the infrastructure, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable teams to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Director of Revenue Operations will own the revenue engine and establish the frameworks, processes, and insights required to improve business performance across the full customer lifecycle.

  • Build and manage the end-to-end revenue operating model, translating revenue goals into pipeline requirements, conversion targets, and measurable execution plans.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized revenue dashboard that provides leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, performance trends, and business risks.
  • Create full-funnel reporting and attribution systems across marketing campaigns, partnerships, inbound channels, outbound efforts, and sales activities.
  • Establish lead management processes, including routing rules, follow-up standards, ownership models, escalation paths, and pipeline accountability.
  • Define campaign measurement frameworks to ensure every initiative has clear goals, ownership, performance tracking, and post-launch analysis.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align priorities, improve pipeline generation, and optimize investments based on revenue impact.
  • Implement rigorous renewal and expansion tracking processes, including account health monitoring, growth opportunities, and churn prevention strategies.
  • Identify operational gaps within the revenue funnel, quantify their impact, and drive improvements through structured problem-solving.
  • Own forecast accuracy by developing weekly forecasting processes, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting cadences.
  • Lead revenue leadership meetings by preparing insights, driving decision-making, and ensuring accountability for follow-up actions.
  • Manage and optimize the revenue technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue planning, capacity models, quota strategy, and compensation-related initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor revenue operations team members, creating clear ownership and scalable operating practices.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading revenue operations functions within a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business environment, combining strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function, including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience building and scaling full-funnel revenue operations systems from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models, including new customer acquisition, renewals, and expansion strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Ability to independently build reports, dashboards, workflows, and operational processes while guiding team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify business trends, and communicate actionable recommendations.
  • Experience improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, attribution models, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with evolving processes, imperfect data, and high ownership expectations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence sales leaders, marketing teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with a strong ability to drive alignment across teams.
  • Experience building and developing RevOps teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and modern go-to-market technologies, with a passion for improving operational efficiency.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience, skills, and market benchmarks.
  • Opportunity to work remotely within the United States.
  • High-impact leadership role with ownership over revenue strategy, systems, and operational excellence.
  • Opportunity to collaborate directly with executive leadership and influence company growth initiatives.
  • Exposure to innovative AI-driven technology and modern go-to-market strategies.
  • Dynamic environment that values creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity to build scalable processes and shape the future of revenue operations.
  • Collaborative culture with talented teams across business functions.
