Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update property marketing plans
- Create and maintain leasing and marketing collateral
- Analyze market surveys to recommend rate and specials adjustments
- Stay current on regional and industry marketing trends
- Coach underperforming properties through call monitoring and feedback
- Train and mentor on-site leasing staff
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, listings, and online reputation
- Audit on-site marketing, leasing activity, and lease files
- Deliver regular performance reporting across properties and staff
- Track and analyze website traffic and marketing performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in apartment leasing and/or property management
- 3+ years experience in marketing, preferrably in multifamily housing industry
- Yardi and CRMiQ experience preferred
- Proficiency with Craigslist, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Training experience a plus
- Travel within the region required
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Driver's license and required transportation required

- Competitive pay ($55,000-$60,000 annually)
- Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually
