Digital Marketing & Vacation Rental Specialist-20321

And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Vacation Rental Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for rental properties.
2. Develop and manage social media content across relevant platforms.
3. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve marketing visibility.
4. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and analytics.
5. Support marketing efforts to increase short-term rental bookings.
6. Support marketing initiatives for long-term rentals, including building demand and waitlists.
7. Assist with booking operations for short-term rental properties.

Qualifications:

• Expert-level experience with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
• Mid-level experience with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Mid-level experience with Google Ads and SEO tools
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing
• Experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics
• Ability to manage marketing efforts for both short-term and long-term rental properties

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST (Part-Time)
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package ):

• PHP 35,000 – PHP 40,000
