  • Play a vital role in special projects, equipment management, and inventory support.
  • Ensure patients always receive care with dignity, privacy, and respect.

What You Bring

  • Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Respiratory Therapy program and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • RRT or CRT certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • BLS certification and the ability to obtain NRP within six months of hire.
  • Strong communication skills, a caring approach, and the ability to put patients at ease.
  • Comfort with technology and dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Previous respiratory therapy or patient care experience preferred, but clinical rotations will be considered.
