Overview: Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations at our hotel. We are seeking a motivated and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Supervise and support front desk staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high service standards
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to optimize occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and financial transactions
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned by hotel leadership.

- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer work, phone operation, and handling documents
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone
- Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20–25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, packages)
- Visual ability to read screens, reports, and guest information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
