Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meats, vegetables, and other grill items to perfection according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized grill station to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Monitor and control food temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and presentation for a seamless dining experience.
• Keep track of inventory and communicate needs for supplies to the kitchen manager.
• Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal specials that highlight grilled dishes.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure compliance in food preparation and kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of various grilling techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with culinary staff.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
