Supply and Service Agent in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania at LSG Sky Chefs

Retail Food Prep - slicing deli meat, preparing wet salads (tuna fish, egg, chicken).

Shift: 4:45am-1:15pm

Pay: $18.50

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Must be 18 years of age
2. Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
3. Ability to perform basic math
4. Must be able to enter basic information into computer
5. Ability to follow written and oral instructions in detail
6. Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities
7. Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors
8. Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for entire work shift
9. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs or push up to 70 lbs with use of rolling carts
10. Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment (including weekends, holidays subject to change)
11. Ability to work in cold (38 degrees) environment for entire shift.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing raw fresh food items in timely manner.
• Prepare related cold cut items and salads and etc. as assigned by management
• Responsible for preparing, assembling goods in accordance with USDA/FDA/HACCP standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
