Adjunct Faculty - Threshold: Apartment Living; Fall Semester 2026; In-person, On-Campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts at Lesley University

Lesley University's Threshold Program is seeking a highly qualified adjunct faculty member to teach: Apartment Living; Fall Semester 2026; In-person, On-Campus. The two sections available are:

• Tuesdays from 8:00 am - 9:15 am (in-person)

• Tuesdays from 9:35 am - 10:50 am (in person)

Candidates must also be available to participate in virtual staff meetings on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Course Description:

A successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a closely related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred)

• Prior experience working with children or adults with disabilities in a school setting

• Ability to develop and administer curriculum to students with diverse learning challenges

• Demonstrated commitment to communicative, student-centered, inclusive, and equitable teaching practices

• Prior experience success using digital technology to achieve program goals

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skill
