Position Title: High School Inclusion Aide (2026-2027)

Match Charter Public School is a free, high-performing charter public school in Boston. We are a PreK-12 school serving up to 1,250 students. Our mission is to prepare studentsparticularly multilingual learners and those who would be the first in their families to earn a college degreefor success in college and careers in order to achieve economic security and mobility. Students gain acceptance to our schools via an annual blind public lottery open to all Boston residents.

Our families bring amazing racial and cultural diversity to the school communitythey represent over 20 different countries of origin with over 20 different languages spoken at home. 98% of our students are people of color. Our students bring a diversity of needs to our school, and we are prepared to serve them: 23% of our students qualify for special education services; 19% of our student body are English Language Learners.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Match has an opening for an inclusion aide to start in the 2026-2027 school year. The position is based at Match High School, located on 1001 Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton. An inclusion aide supports the success of a Match student with disabilities. The aide will be expected to provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with the students educational and therapeutic needs. Throughout the school day, the aide will support the student during instructional times both in and out of the classroom, and during lunch, breaks, and other non-instructional times.

The Inclusion Aide is an integral member of our school team, and is a great opportunity for someone who relishes the idea of working with students with disabilities. The inclusion aide role allows for the fostering of an inclusive community, skill development, social-emotional growth, and the unique opportunity to support a student.

The Inclusion Aides is responsible for developing deep relationships with students, and leveraging those relationships to ensure that students are getting the support they need to meet their academic and personal potential.

This is a full time position that starts at an annual salary of $52,499 and can be higher based on prior relevant experience. Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan repayment assistance. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
