What You’ll Do
- Retrieve, request, and systematically organize incoming property assessments and tax bills; proactively follow up on missing documentation with taxing jurisdictions to ensure portfolio completeness.
- Enter property values and tax bills into our property tax management platform to establish a clean foundation for subsequent analyst review.
- Establish new parcel and property records within property tax management platform for ongoing tax tracking and create detailed parcel maps to visually support the portfolio.
- Log and organize tax appeal documents and timelines in property tax management platform to support analyst workflows.
- Compile and complete required property tax and valuation reporting for internal/external teams.
- Input, organize, and route invoices within the system to streamline review and payment workflows.
- Performs other duties consistent with the position as assigned.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priority of work.
- Applies critical thinking, problem solving skills, and evaluates the level of sensitivity, risk and confidentiality of the work being performed in order to see it through to a resolution.
- Must be team oriented, enjoy working with people, be pro-active, flexible, and have the ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Tax Compliance or other Customer Relationship Management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
