Maintenance Coordinator in Pevely, Missouri at MetalTek International

Plan and schedule work performed by the Maintenance Department to assist in keeping everyone safe and equipment running to provide quality castings, on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter data for equipment, work order information, etc….
• Generate work orders for preventative or predictive maintenance, continuous improvement, safety, and other types of tasks.
• Assist with assigning work orders of Maintenance personnel.
• Request quotes from vendors for specific parts.
• Generate reports, such as, work order completion, age of work orders in backlog, etc...
• Work on special projects, as assigned. Assisting with safety and environmental data entering and reporting for example.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.

Basic Math (Decimals and fractions); Basic Reading (Interpretation of drawings, understanding and use of written instructions); Basic Writing (Knowledge of electrical wiring, pipefitting, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, etc. to perform repairs). Proficient with computers, formal maintenance/education training desired. Knowledge of computerized maintenance software preferred, MP2 experience a plus.
