- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms to understand their needs and provide professional guidance.

- Help clients evaluate their options and make informed decisions based on their individual circumstances and needs.
- Assist clients with applications, required documentation, and related service processes.
- Maintain accurate digital client records and ensure timely follow-up communications.
- Provide consistent support throughout the client experience and respond professionally to questions or requests.
- Participate in structured onboarding, virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate effectively with a remote team while taking ownership of individual responsibilities and client commitments.
