Accountabilities:

The Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting, advising, and enrolling prospective students through a consultative and student-focused approach. This role manages the full virtual admissions process while building trust with candidates, maintaining strong follow-up practices, and supporting successful transitions into career training programs.

  • Manage and respond to prospective students located outside the local campus service areas through virtual communication channels.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to understand student goals, motivations, career interests, and education needs.
  • Schedule and complete virtual interviews and program presentations using approved platforms.
  • Deliver engaging consultations that explain program options, career pathways, outcomes, and enrollment expectations.
  • Build urgency and maintain consistent engagement to support enrollment within targeted start timelines.
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process from initial contact through completed enrollment.
  • Provide accurate information regarding program requirements, documentation, and next steps while maintaining compliance with enrollment standards.
  • Support student relocation planning by discussing campus placement, housing considerations, and transition expectations.
  • Coordinate with campus teams to ensure smooth student transfers and accurate enrollment placement.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records across admissions systems, including follow-up activity, documentation, and student progress.
  • Meet daily performance expectations related to outreach activity, response times, follow-up cadence, and enrollment goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to support student success and improve the overall admissions experience.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional with experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, or consultative sales. They should have strong communication skills, the ability to motivate prospective students, and a proven ability to achieve performance goals in a remote environment.

  • 3–5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruitment, sales, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
  • Experience supporting distance learning, relocation-based admissions, or remote enrollment processes preferred.
  • Demonstrated success achieving enrollment, sales, recruitment, or performance-based goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate individuals through important career decisions.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, priorities, and follow-up activities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with campus teams and internal stakeholders.
