Join Our 3rd Shift CNA Earn & Learn Team!
Our 4-week Earn & Learn Program provides paid training Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) to prepare you for success as a CNA. After completing the program, you'll transition directly into a 3rd shift role, with schedules available from 7P–7AM or 11PM–7AM.

As part of our overnight team, you'll be there for residents when they need comfort, reassurance, and compassionate care the most. While you complete your paid CNA training, you'll work alongside experienced
caregivers who are committed to helping you learn, grow, and succeed every step of the way.
No experience? That's okay. If you have a kind heart, enjoy helping others, and want a career with purpose, we'll provide the training and support you need to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
