We currently have an opening for Production Lead in our RCD Components facility, located in Manchester, NH. This position is critical to the success of our production operations and will be responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting the production team, and ensuring consistent output and quality. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, dependable, and capable of providing day-to-day leadership while performing hands-on assembly or machine operation tasks.

Details of the Role:

The Production Lead will perform advanced assembly or machine operation work while providing guidance, training, and workflow coordination for production staff. This role acts as the first point of support on the production floor for questions, task assignments, troubleshooting, and process clarification. The Production Lead plays a key role in maintaining schedule adherence, quality compliance, and efficient production flow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform advanced-level assembly, testing, or machine operation work based on production needs.Provide daily on-the-floor direction, support, and technical guidance to technicians and operators. Train and mentor employees on processes, equipment, safety standards, and quality requirements. Oversee workflow, prioritize tasks, and help ensure adherence to production schedules. Verify the accuracy of travelers, documentation, work instructions, and material availability. Conduct in-process quality checks and document results as required. Identify workflow, equipment, or process issues and escalate to supervisors, engineering, or quality as appropriate. Support continuous improvement efforts including 5S, waste reduction, and process optimization. Communicate daily updates, priorities, and issues to supervisors and cross-functional teams. Provide feedback to leadership regarding employee performance, skill development, and training needs.

Qualifying Attributes and Skills:

Minimum of3+ years of experience in electronic or electromechanical production.Advanced proficiency in assembly, testing, or machine operation. Demonstrated ability to guide, train, or support others on the floor. Prior experience as a team lead, trainer, or senior-level technician/operator. IPC certification or equivalent technical training. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production flow. Ability to coordinate workflow and respond to real-time production needs.Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead by example with professionalism and consistency.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift upto40 lbs.Ability to work in a production environment with machinery, small components, solder, epoxy, and test equipment.
