Job Description
At River Rock Casino Resort, one of British Columbia’s most iconic entertainment destinations, every guest interaction is an opportunity to create something memorable. Located in the heart of Richmond—just minutes from Vancouver International Airport, a short drive from downtown Vancouver, and directly connected to its own on‑site SkyTrain station (Bridgeport Station)—River Rock blends the energy of a world‑class casino with the comfort and sophistication of a full‑service waterfront resort.
As part of a team of over 950 dedicated employees, you’ll join a vibrant, guest‑focused community where hospitality, entertainment, and service excellence come together. We are looking for warm, enthusiastic, self‑starting individuals who bring genuine hospitality to every conversation.

The Chairman’s Lounge offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere, with an à la carte menu inspired by West Coast and Continental flavours, craft cocktails, and access to the resort’s signature buffet on select days. Whether you’re greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, supporting service flow, or sharing recommendations about our dining, entertainment, and casino offerings, you’ll play a key role in delivering the polished, attentive, and memorable experience that defines the Chairman’s Lounge.
Your warm presence, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service will help create the elevated, welcoming environment that keeps guests returning to River Rock year after year.
