Manager on Duty in Rancho Cordova, California at Red Door Experiences

General Responsibilities:

Organize assigned store operations and delegate responsibilities to staff

Proactively manage the assigned store to meet and report performance metrics

Effectively build strong relationships, lead and develop a team

Responsible for team building, scheduling, performance management, retention, and staff development

Maintain operations by initiating and coordinating policies and procedures

Cultivate and maintain a healthy culture

Compensation: $23-$24/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

• At least 1 year of relevant business experience, preferably in management
• Basic financial understanding
• Comfortable with learning new computer applications
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Able to identify talent and recruit employees
