Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: DOE + skill-based pay increases

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester / Troubleshooter to help ensure every RDL product meets our quality and performance standards before it leaves our facility. This role is hands-on and technical, involving product testing, troubleshooting, inspection, documentation, and collaboration with assembly and production teams.

The right person enjoys figuring out how things work, has patience with detailed technical tasks, and takes pride in solving problems accurately rather than quickly guessing.

What You’ll Do
  • Test completed electronic products using established procedures and test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot assemblies, circuits, and finished products to identify issues.
  • Read and follow work instructions, schematics, drawings, and test procedures.
  • Inspect products for workmanship, assembly accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Document test results, defects, repairs, and recurring issues clearly.
  • Work with assemblers and production staff to resolve product or process concerns.
  • Follow safety, ESD, and quality procedures at all times.

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and visual instructions carefully.
  • Comfort working with electronic products, small components, tools, and test equipment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and patience with troubleshooting.
  • Clear communication and willingness to ask questions when unsure.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong sense of ownership.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience testing or troubleshooting electronics.
  • Ability to read schematics or technical drawings.
  • Soldering or electronics assembly experience.
  • Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, or other bench test equipment.
  • Technical trade school, electronics hobbyist, maker, or repair background.

Physical demands while performing the job:

  • Sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, kneeling, or bending to the floor; reaching with hands and arms; and talking and/or hearing instructions.
  • Eye/Hand coordination constant welding and cutting. Occasionally Forming, swaging, and inspection.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Working environment of the job:

  • High noise levels while working near operating machines.
  • Physical hazards while working near moving equipment and mechanical parts.
  • Must follow personal protective equipment guidelines in all work areas.
  • Must wear appropriate footwear: Shoes that cover toes and sides of feet.
