Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Technician to join our Bridges SI Service Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge integrated AV systems, supporting our clients by ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve AV hardware and software issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform system testing, QA reviews, and site surveys to ensure high-quality installations.
- Support and operate AV and VTC systems, including hands-on end-user training.
- Complete AV/IT cable terminations and perform basic network setup.
- Connect and configure devices via IP or serial, including loading and adjusting DSP and control system files.
- Execute audio system setup and advanced video alignment for optimal performance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and signal flows.
- Conduct remote and onsite troubleshooting for installed AV systems.
- Deliver clear, effective end-user training on system functionality and best practices.

- Proficient with presentation and VTC setups.

- 5+ years of combined experience in System Integration, AV/VTC installation, or on-site technical support.
- CTS certification preferred (or equivalent industry credential).
- Completion of manufacturer training from one or more major platforms, such as AMX, Crestron, Barco, Biamp, Extron, or QSC.
