This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Part-Time Technology Coordinator based in the United States.
This part-time remote role supports the day-to-day technology environment and helps keep systems, users, vendors, and technology processes running smoothly.
You will work closely with technology leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate operational needs and provide responsive internal support.
The role combines technology coordination, inventory management, user administration, vendor communication, and troubleshooting.
You will help ensure technology requests and open issues are tracked accurately and resolved within expected service levels.
The position is well suited to someone who enjoys learning new systems, solving problems independently, and bringing structure to multiple priorities.
You will also contribute to process improvements and documentation that make technology operations more efficient and easier to manage.
As part of a remote-first environment, strong communication, organization, and ownership will be essential to your success.
Support the technology leadership and project management functions across a range of technology-related operational activities.
Manage technology inventory, including tracking assets and coordinating equipment orders.
Assist with software setup, deployment, decommissioning, and related technology lifecycle activities.
Coordinate user additions, moves, changes, and periodic user audits.
Support vendor management and coordination, ensuring requests and outstanding issues are followed through to completion.
Provide troubleshooting assistance to team members and help resolve day-to-day technology issues.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
Collaborate with development, support, sales, and other teams to align technology activities with project objectives.
Track open items and coordinate with vendors or internal departments to ensure timely resolution within established SLAs.
Identify opportunities to improve technology processes, documentation, efficiency, and operational workflows.
Maintain clear and useful documentation for systems, procedures, and recurring technology activities.
Take on additional technology-related responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Associate’s degree or approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Comfortable navigating existing technology platforms and learning new systems quickly.
Strong customer service orientation with a helpful, responsive, and solutions-focused approach.
Basic understanding of networking terminology and common technology concepts.
Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and create clear documentation for processes and procedures.
Strong independent problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and follow-through.
